TEANECK, N.J. – Hakoah returns from the winter break with its first preseason matches against A.S. Menora New-York and F.C. Masis of Hackensack.

The first match will take place on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 10:00 as the boys in blue take on A.S. Menora New-York. A week later, on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 09:00, Hakoah will play GSSL club F.C. Masis. Both matches will take place at University Stadium on the campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, N.J.

Ahead of the match, manager Dov Glickman had the squad playing futsal in Paramus but is eager to get the boys back out on the pitch. When asked about what goals he had for the pair of friendlies, Glickman said, "while we always play to win, our major objectives are to rebuild match fitness after the layoff and to continue gelling as a team the way we did late last year."

When asked about the possibility of changes to the squad or tactics, Glickman replied, "depending on how things go, we may take advantage of the opportunity to experiment a bit, but the most important thing is to get ourselves ready to win on March 25."

All matches are open to the public. Parking will be available at the Northpointe Lot under Route 4.
